According to a report of Vogue UK online, who is most likely to replace Karl Lagerfeld if Karl resigns from the post of Creative Director for Chanel? —Alber Elbaz.
There have been endless rumors since the Lanvin Paris show about who is the most possible candidate if Karl Lagerfeld no longer serves as Creative Director for Chanel and their conclusion is Alber Elbaz.
A top retailer says, “it seems he (Elbaz) is saying that, ‘let’s see what I am capable of.’ He has the Ready-to-Wear, accessory, personality, media attention…and they are all necessary elements to run a company like Chanel.”
The fashion director of the magazine says after the Lanvin show that “Karl is Karl, he is the most productive designer in the fashion business even though he is now 76. Who can beat him?
